Half Payment Due
The second half of HOA fees are due in the amount of $525.50 on or before July 1st. If you paid in full on or before March 1st no further action is required.
Payments moving forward will be collected online via myStreet using debit/credit card payments or e-check. Additionally, physical checks can also be sent in the mail. See “How do I pay my HOA fees?” in the FAQ section for more details.

Snow Person Contest
The Board would like to make use of the snow and have a good ole fashioned snowperson contest! If you’re interested go on out and have some fun creating your own unique snowperson. You can submit your pictures to wgboard.hoa@gmail.com. They will also be coming around to take a look. The contest will end Saturday at noon. The winner will receive a $25 gift card! Have fun everyone!
