Common FAQs regarding myStreet

  • mySteet is the management company for Willow Green Home Owners. myStreet will manage day-to-day activities such as collecting HOA dues, resolving community issues such as snow, leaf, and trash removal and collecting submitting paper work packages for new home owners. Ultimately, myStreet answers to the HOA board. Critical impacts to the community are funneled through the board first so we can have the communities best interest at heart.

  • The total cost for HOA dues in 2026 will be $1,500.00 for the year. WGHA is now utilizing a monthly pay system.

    This means that $125.00 is due on the first day of each month starting January 1st, 2026.

    This does not mean all dues cannot be paid all at once or bi-annually as previously done in partial payments. You are welcome to pay more toward your yearly $1,500.00 balance at anytime.

    Please note that if no payment has been received (i.e. you have not paid in advance for following months and have a balance showing you owe) then late fee penalties will apply.

Common FAQs regarding Willow Green

  • Trash pick up for Willow Green is done on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is done on Mondays only. For recycling, leave your bin at the front of your sidewalk for collection. Please collect and restore empty bins within 24 hours, in order to keep common areas clear.

  • Please note towing is enforced.

    Each unit is allotted two parking spaces near the home designated by the unit numbers on the pavement. All other parking is first-come-first serve. Green painted curbs are for visitor parking. Curbs that have no designation and are typically around medians or apart from homes may also be used by visitors and for short term parking, as long as they have not unit designation.

    Parking beside red painted curbs is prohibited.

    The board is now contracting with Guardian Towing company for parking violations. illegal parking, expired tags, outdated inspections, and broken down vehicles are some of the instance for towing. Warning stickers may be applied to vehicles prior to tow.

    Requests to the board may be made for extenuating circumstances. However, the Board reserves the right to deny continuations.

    Please ensure all vehicles utilizing WGHA parking on a routine basis are maintained in accordance with the by-laws.

  • No. Currently the cost of on site security is greater than whats needed for the community. If concerns about suspicious people or activities is brought up by community members, the board can request ride throughs by the Newport News Police Department. The board is also looking into investing in security cameras for the general common areas as well.

    In addition, if you believe you are in an unsafe situation or an illegal activity is occurring please call 911. Do not wait for the HOA board to provide a response.

  • Did you receive a parking violation? Was there a sticker posted on your vehicle window? You can appeal towing violations to the board by using the form submission above.

  • If you are performing upgrades or repairs to your home, ensure you stay HOA compliant. Please perform the following:
