  • MyStreet is now the new management company for Willow Green Home Owners as of 2/10/2025

  • HOA payments are due by March 1st, 2025. The board permits the first payment of $525.50 (and any past due amounts) on or before March 1st in order to defer the second payment by July 1, 2025.

  • Payments moving forward will be collected using online e-check or debit/credit card payments sent to MyStreet. Checks can also be sent in the mail. click the link for more details.

How to setup your account for myStreet HOA payments

Common FAQs regarding myStreet

  • mySteet is the new management company for Willow Green Home Owners. myStreet will manage day-to-day activities such as collecting HOA dues, resolving community issues such as snow, leaf, and trash removal and collecting submitting paper work packages for new home owners. Ultimately, myStreet answers to the HOA board. Critical impacts to the community are funneled through the board first so we can have the communities best interest at heart.

  • To make your payments online to myStreet beginning February 1st, 2025 visit their website at www.mystreetva.com and click on the “Make Payments" tab. You can make your payments in 2 ways: 

    1. By credit card

    2. By E-check

    E-check payments are free, but there is a charge for credit card payments.  If you need help setting up payments, the Pacific Western Bank help desk will walk you through the process.  You can reach them at (888-705-0600) during regular business hours.  There is also an option to set up recurring payments through Pacific Western Bank.    

    If you are more comfortable writing a check and sending by mail, you are still able to do so.

    All checks must be made payable to Willow Green Homes Association, Inc. and be sure your account number is referenced on your check.

    Account Numbers:

    Owner account numbers will be the numeric of your property address, followed by the abbreviation WGD.   payments are due by March 1st, 2025.

  • The total cost of HOA dues is $1,051.00 The board permits the first payment of $525.50 (and any past due amounts) on or before March 1st in order to defer the second payment by July 1st.

    Payments moving forward will be collected online via myStreet using debit/credit card payments or e-check. Additionally, physical checks can also be sent in the mail. See “How do I pay my HOA fees?” for more details.

Common FAQs regarding Willow Green

  • Trash pick up for Willow Green is done on Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is done on Mondays only. For recycling, leave your bin at the front of your sidewalk for collection. Please collect and restore empty bins within 24 hours, in order to keep common areas clear.

  • Each unit is allotted two parking spaces near the home designated by the unit numbers on the pavement. Green painted curbs are for visitor parking only (4 hours maximum). Curbs that have no designation and are typically around medians or apart from homes may also be used by visitors and short term parking ( 48 hours maximum) Parking beside red painted curbs is prohibited.

    Parking is currently being reevaluated by the HOA board due to the high number of complaints about illegal parking, expired tags, and broken down vehicles. The board is currently looking at contracting with an tow company for future violations.

  • No. Currently the cost of on site security is greater than whats needed for the community. If concerns about suspicious people or activities is brought up by community members, the board can request ride throughs by the Newport News Police Department. The board is also looking into investing in security cameras for the general common areas as well.

    In addition, if you believe you are in an unsafe situation or an illegal activity is occurring please call 911. Do not wait for the HOA board to provide a response.
